3) Social Media Usage: Recently, social media has become part and parcel of life. But there should be a limit to using social media every day. Minimize your screen time to 1 to 2 hours a day. Rather than simply scrolling the phone, you can read a book, write something, or even indulge in creative work.
4) Late Dinner: You should have your dinner from 8:30 to 9:30 because food needs 2 to 3 hours to digest before you sleep. Not only that but do not drink water instantly after eating your meal. Take 15 to 20 breaks, and then drink water so that food and water don’t mix up and create the problem of indigestion.
