How can one find peace in meditation?

We breathe throughout life. Breathing plays a very important role in our life. Controlled breathing is the key to a better, peaceful, happy life. Meditation is how we control our breath, subsequently our mind and body. The Buddha was the original trendsetter. In spite of all studies related to meditation, he had still not found his way to understand the cause of suffering. So he sat down under a tree and did breath practice. Meditation surely gives us peace. Here we look at how can you find peace with meditation.

Mindfulness of the breath is the simplest as well as the best way to relate to our mind. It helps to discover our inner peace. When we sit in a comfortable position and start doing breathing exercises we realize that the thought started reappearing. Meditation is not the case that you start breathing and you get results immediately. Practice needed and over a period you will get results.

The act of sitting quietly, whether on a chair, on the floor, or any other comfortable position, and focusing on the breath is like issuing an invitation to mind to run rampant. The mind is like a child and it runs off, with different kinds of thoughts all around, negative and positive.

We should get out of our own way and relax into the feeling of breath, then only magic can happen. We can discover things which buddha found all those years ago. The same things led him to propagate this practice of meditation. Once we train the mind to relax into the present moment, we can increase those moments gradually. The more we do practice more we can develop confidence. We build a continuity of wakefulness, in our daily lives.

It is arguably the truth that through meditation you can find peace. It needs to be performed on daily basis and make it part of your day-to-day life. Meditation can be of different types and breathing plays a key role. You also practice breathing like while breathing in just think that all good things happening around, you are taking in, and while exhaling thinks that you are taking out all bad, odd, negative thoughts. This will really help you to achieve happiness as well eternal peace.
