Avoiding life will not provide you with serenity. Life is full of unexpected changes every hour; instead of avoiding them, embrace each change and experience as a learning opportunity. It will either give you what you want or teach you what the next step is. Finding serenity and contentment in life does not imply being in a place without noise, obstacles, or hard labor. It means to be in the depth of those things while keeping your heart tranquil.

Every morning, you are reminded that there is always light after darkness, but you often forget and instead prefer to believe that the night will go forever. It will not. Nothing lasts forever. Use positivism instead of allowing negativity to use you.
There may be no evident reason to be optimistic today, but you don’t need one. Being optimistic is a plan, not a reaction. When everything around you is negative, it is the most powerful time to be optimistic. In the long run, happiness is not the absence of troubles, but the ability to deal with them. Bring your attention to your inner power and positivity.
