Allow it to go.
Okay, so this is a motto that practically everyone struggles to follow. However, not letting go will result in sentiments of resentment, anger, or any other bad energy in you. You may have no influence over what happens to you. However, you always have the option to choose how you respond.
When, if not now?
The more you put things off, the more you put them off. It continues to grow in size. Suddenly, you’re 70 years old and haven’t accomplished anything. If you want to live your best life, procrastination is not an option. This life motto will make you realize that time is the most valuable commodity on the planet.
I am thankful for everything.
Gratitude is more powerful than all of the difficult feelings combined. People frequently forget to be grateful for what they have. Because it’s all too easy to focus on what you don’t have in your life. It’s far easier to complain than it is to appreciate what you already have. Perhaps you’re having a horrible day. But you are alive and well, and there are people who care about you. What more could you want?
I will have a positive impact on someone today.
Why not use your ability to brighten someone’s day? The world is so gloomy that even a small act of kindness can brighten it. Pay for someone’s coffee or compliment them on their appearance. You’d be shocked how even the most insignificant things can bring a grin to someone’s face. This is one of those live mantras that might assist you in combining compassion and charity rather than focusing solely on yourself.
Go Slow
In today’s fast-paced environment, we tend to race through life without pausing to stop and breathe. The world will not end if you take a moment to appreciate your surroundings. Even if you have many deadlines, pausing for a time is only a few seconds. Take a moment to remind yourself that you do not have to rush through life. Slowing down and enjoying the present is natural at times.
