In a fast moving world, we humans are always in search of peace and silence. But what is the difference between the two?

The key difference between peace and silence is that, peace is a state of tranquility whereas silence is the lack of sound. Though, silence and peace both tend to work in harmony.

Peace can be achieved anywhere it needs you to be happy and satisfied with yourself. Being at peace channels your inner strength and improves your concentration power. It makes you imbibes patience, tolerance and efficiently helps in managing your daily duties.

Peace of mind keeps you away from restless thoughts. You are least interested in what others have to say about you, in fact, you are able to see clear judgements in all situations.

True meditation requires a soundless setting where you can connect with your inner self and bring your mind at peace. Meditation is to sit in silence and take deep breaths to relax yourself.
