Gaur Gopal Das is a motivational speaker of India. He is an Indian lifestyle coach and previously was an HP engineer. He was born on December 24, 1973, in a middle-class family in Pune, Maharashtra.
A year after joining electrical engineering in Hewlett Packard (HP), he resigned. They settled as a monk and lifestyle coach. He became a monk to motivate and inspire people to develop a sense of spirituality within them. His motive was to bring in positive changes in the lives of people.
Now, he is a part of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness.
One of Gaur’s notable works was published in 2018 which gained wide familiarity. It was Life’s Amazing Secrets: How to find balance and purpose in life. Another work was published in 2020, ‘The Way of the Monk: The Four Steps to Peace, Purpose and Lasting Happiness.
Gaur Gopal Das believes that everyone is concerned about themselves. He further says as you move across the globe you come across givers and takers. Givers have a great life because the art of giving has something incredible, that is satisfaction.
He presumes that takers can eat well and givers can sleep well. Material things help us make a living and spiritual things help us make a life.
