4 reasons why babies make us happy

You’ve probably known it already that babies are the most adorable creatures of the world. They have the ability to cheer you up in your lowest times. Once you look at those tiny feet and palms, those beautiful glass eyes, and that adorable smile, it simply makes you feel good and forget all your troubles and hardships of your life and focus on to that baby. Their giggle and their playful acts can make all your problems melt away with the most minimal efforts. Parents are so amused by their babies, their life is filled with the little one added to their family. And it doubles the joy of their life, you feel loved and your heart is full of them. They observe them as they grow, the little things they learn, and how they keep growing and learning new things is quite a thing to observe. They never fail to make us smile and make us feel happy and satisfied.

Here below are a few reasons why babies are so adorable and why they make us so happy.

  • Release of oxytocin

Oxytocin is referred to as the love hormone. It is responsible for the time you spend with your baby. It is released when you have eye contact with the baby. Your baby also releases oxytocin during their interactions with us, and they also enjoy the bond they are experiencing. You are simply just falling in love with each other with every eye-contact you are having with your baby.

  • The perspective

Having a baby to love, having a family with a small baby, puts everything else into perspective. You might realize that they become your everyday stress booster and you always search for them when you want to feel stress-free or feel happy. Your sadness just vanishes when you are around them. Having a baby can show you what is important, after all just a cuddle with the baby or their smile might make your worst day turn into an absolutely happy one.

  • Their innocence

Babies are undoubtedly the most innocent creatures on the planet. They might keep you awake at nights or irritate you by their incessant cries but you can’t really get mad at that innocent face of theirs. Your anger just melts away by their smile and eyes and you can’t stay mad at their small cute face for long.

  • Their urge for survival

Babies are always looking for attention and protection. Making people happy is a good way to attract their attention to them. They encourage us to smile back. They try to be the center of attraction and they always want the care and protection for their own survival. It’s being selfish of a baby to do so, but it doesn’t matter as far as you are enjoying it.
