Happiness is difficult to come by, and some individuals spend their entire life gaining promotions, earning money, and spending time with others only to discover that they have failed to obtain true happiness. People who are truly pleased believe in their own potential. As a result, they are less anxious, and they spend less time thinking about whether or not they are capable of completing a task. Instead, they devote more effort to actively attempting to achieve it. Confident people do better when confronted with challenges and are less stressed overall.

People that are truly happy aren’t fixated on monetary incentives or travel places. They care more about the intangible aspects of life, such as friendship, enjoyment, and family.
