Death is inevitable and it is not easy to change it. We have to take the chance to live it to its fullest.

Here are the seven regrets which you can avoid at your deathbed.

1. I let anger get the best of me

Anger is a normal emotion which can cause havoc in your life and therefore it is important for you to control it so that it does not sabotage your relationships.

2. I spent my entire life in my comfort zone

You’d be wasting your time, if you keep on doing the same thing over and over. Instead of waiting for something exciting to happen, go out and make things happen.

3. I didn’t take care of my body

On your deathbed you’d probably regret your bad habit and the fact that you did not take care of yourself.

4. I spent too much time with toxic people

Minimize your time with toxic people who emotionally drain you or disrespect you if you want to make the most out of your time. Instead spend time with people who are supportive of you and uplift you.

5. I thought I knew everything

Usually people believe that once they graduate they know everything which is not the case because you stop learning, you stop growing.

6. I didn’t stay in touch with my family and friends

Humans are meant to be around each other, most importantly the ones that we care about. So you need to be in touch with them and show them how much you love them.

7. I hated my job

If you don’t like your job now, it may seem okay but laying on the deathbed and regretting it is a problem. If you are unhappy with your job, quit it with proper career plans ahead.
