· Wake up early to have me time
If you are busy for the entire day, you must wake up early to find some time for yourself. Spending me time is very important to reflect on yourself. To practice self-love, you must use this time. It will also help you have free time and not rush for work.
· Decide your thoughts
It’s up to you to decide if you want to start your day with positive thoughts or negative thoughts. Your thoughts decide your mood for the day. If you begin your day expecting everything good for a while forget all your problems and focus on good things. So wake up with positive thoughts and make some positive daily affirmations like ‘today is going to be a great day’.
· Be grateful
When you wake up you must be grateful to be able to see the new day. Dedicate a few minutes to thank God, for all the good things in life. Being grateful brings you more situations to be grateful for it’s a beautiful loop and easy to practice. Waking up with gratitude makes sure that you start your day with good spirit. So, recognize all the good things around you and be thankful for them. After all, a grateful heart is a satisfied heart.
· Drink a glass of water
Drinking a glass of water soon after you step down from bed is very vital from a health point of view. Drink a glass of water, probably got water with half-squeezed lemon. Lemon water is very good for health and it clears your liver and kidneys. A glass of water is also necessary as your body can become dehydrated as it goes 8 hours straight without water.
· Clean yourself
After a glass of water or before as you might find it feasible, take a quick shower, brush your teeth, clean your system. Follow your normal morning routine.
· Meditate
Once you are clean, meditate for good 10 minutes in fresh air and sunlight. Sunlight is a good source of vitamin D and meditation will help you calm your mind and improve focus for the entire day.
· Have breakfast
Have a healthy breakfast. Breakfast has a huge impact on our health so make sure you eat healthy in your breakfast. Also, have breakfast like a king. Eat fruits, milk, oats etc.
· Set a schedule for the day
Set your entire day’s schedule in the morning, this will help you find out what tasks you have to do in the entire day. You’ll not stress out if you have a proper schedule and if you stick to it.
