There are actions you can do to increase people’s like of you, but there are instances when there is nothing you can do but learn to deal with it. You can learn to accept being disliked as a natural part of life that everyone goes through, and you can also work on improving yourself and becoming more self-assured so that being disliked is less bothersome in the first place.
Recognize that your emotions are completely normal.

Some individuals may despise you, while others admire you. For many people, determining which people’s opinions should matter to them and learning to disregard the rest is a lifelong battle.

If someone dislikes you, making sure you have a support system that accepts and loves you is one method to deal with it. It won’t be as big of a deal if a few people detest you.
Do not become enraged.
It’s natural to feel enraged if you’re despised for no apparent reason or circumstances beyond your control, but lashing out won’t help. It’s more than likely to aggravate the situation.
Maintain your honesty.
If someone dislikes you, don’t allow it to affect you and cause you to change who you are. Respond with respect, honesty, and patience to maintain your integrity.
If you don’t feel better, seek treatment.
When someone dislikes or rejects you, it’s natural to feel sad or hurt, but such feelings can sometimes worsen rather than improve with time. Some persons who are rejected may become depressed or suicidal as a result of their experience.
