How to use the money to be happy

The money you earn should be spent accordingly,

50% on your needs

30% on your wants

20% should go to savings

Here’s how to spend your money to be happy.

· Spend on experience rather than things

Materialistic things can’t bring you life long happiness. The happiness that arrives by buying materialistic things last only for a few days and you start wishing for some other things. Instead, spend your money on experiences because experience lasts forever. Spend money to travel the world, spend money to try new cuisine etc. Trying new things and enjoying them is a different kind of satisfaction and no material thing can match it.

· Buy gifts for people you love

Buy gifts for people you love, learn the art of giving because happiness lies in giving. When you gift someone you gift them happiness and their lit face will surely make you happy. This is an amazing way to be happy by spending money. Buy gifts for your children, friends, grandparents or parents. But to see genuine happiness by a gift for someone in need, buy gifts for orphan children and you’ll see the most precious smile on their face. Not only buying gifts you can also do charity but make sure your money is used for the right purpose.

· Spend on small pleasures

Avoid spending money on expensive things which could be bought at a much cheaper price. For instance, coffee from Starbucks is an unnecessary expense. You could instead spend money to buy the same coffee at a normal coffee shop. Spending money in such small pleasures is important because again experience is important than showing off. Money should be respected and rightly used. Spend money on small things that matter to you rather spending something expensive which don’t really matter but buying that makes you seem richer.

· Buy things that can save time for you

Buying things that could save time is a great way of investment. Spend money to buy a washing machine or other appliances that could save your time and you’ll have enough time by course and your family. Being able to spend time definitely makes you happy and if you have to spend money on it, you must.

· Invest money and enjoy returns

Investment should be made as a part of your savings as well as to earn returns. Sometimes not spending money is also a good way to stay happy. You don’t need to buy everything you see, some things are not worth the money. Invest that amount in some trusted scheme and earn returns. Earning more money without having to do anything will certainly make you happy.

· Buy things you value

There might be things which don’t matter to people but you might value them a lot. Buy them. Things you value so much are worth spending on. It can be a keychain or something as basic as a book or diary. Spend on things you love, spend on things that matter to you. If you love food to spend on it.If you love reading spend on books. If you love painting spend money on art supplies. Spending money on things you love and things that make you happy is necessary.
