Happiness is not a destination, it is more a collection of moments, fully lived. It’s anything but an objective, nor is it a lasting encounter, it is foremost a decision. We can achieve happiness through peace of mind, which we can achieve in various ways.

Here we look at a few life hacks for happier days.

Our life is the sum of what we do on daily basis. If we take a different decision in some different ways, will surely give us happier days.

  • ZERO HOUR OF TELEVISION.

Sometimes it is good to unplug from social media and take time for yourself without feeling forced. Try going outside with nature, watch the sky and clouds, or simply witness the bounty of nature.

  • MEDITATION.

Do what you like and what feels right for you and what makes you happy. Yoga, running, swimming, walking, etc. Any kind of sports or spiritual activities are part of meditation as it helps you to take out evils thought from your mind and give your happier days. Use guided meditation also.

  • TAKE BRAKES IN BETWEEN

It is important to take breaks, in order to recharge and revives. It can be short breaks, 5 to 10 minutes but it will give your brain a break and sometimes unexpected solutions come up during breaks when we are stuck.

  • DEEP BREATH

Deep breathing is very important to bring us back to the moment, to the present. Inhale through nostrils and exhale through the mouth. Repeat throughout the day anytime anywhere. This will help you a lot in achieving a happy atmosphere.

  • GET UP EARLY

Always rise up early. It is very calm, no noise, the air is fresh and clear. This time uses to receive a positive spirit. If you also use this for reading, yoga, music, or for any other activities you love to do. This will surely invite a miracle in our day to day life.

  • ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL

Gratitude always makes you happy. Get up early, make a list of things for which you are grateful. Be grateful for simple things. Be grateful for the meal you are having, for the smile on a stranger’s face. Be grateful for you are.

  • DRAW LINE BETWEEN WORK AND HOME

Leave work at work, don’t come home with it. While spending time with kids and loved ones better ensure that no thought of work.

  • TAKE GOOD SLEEP

Take a good 8 hours of sleep. This will make you spiritually and physically strong. Apart from all these life hacks you can do other things like laughter, take time for self-care, take time for your hobbies, make friends, and remain in touch with them.
