The cheery and happy-go-lucky people tend to have shorter lifespans. This was so because they believe that everything will be good in life and often risk their health by ignoring screening as they grow old.
That does not mean you should always be worried. As the phrase goes, laughter is the best medicine, which is indeed true. It lowers the risks of heart attack and other heart-related diseases. You should work towards maintaining a balance in life
