It is always better to cry out whatever negative feelings you have stored in your body due to stress. Ranting out your feelings makes you feel lighter and happier.

3. Get a Clear Idea of What You Want

In order to be happy, it is better to reduce the unnecessary decisions that occur due to too many open choices. Always make important decisions first and leave the least important ones for the latter.

When you have a clear idea of what you want, your life would feel happier and easier.
