Treat animals as important as humans because they are living beings like us. And Lastly, be kind to you. Don’t treat yourself low, whether you are rich or poor or whether you have beauty or not. These acts of kindness will promote happy hormones and make you feel content.
Gratitude and Manifestation: The best way to be happy is to appreciate the little things you have. Once you start valuing the things you have, you will start receiving what you want, so always be grateful. And don’t forget to manifest. When you manifest things, you imagine them as if they’re already done, and once you start believing them in reality, they become your reality.
