3. Leave work at work
When people feel burnout, they often take their work home. This means that they take the stress and pressure of the office home. However, this is not good for your mental health. Plus it can add stress to your work life as well.
4. Talk to friends
When you overwork or are stressed, it leads to isolation. Therefore, it is important to talk to people from time to time. Make some time out of work and be around people who you care about and talk to them about your frustrations and stress. This would avoid burnout and you’d be able to relax and have fun.
