When at times we tend to say, we know who we are; but do we really know who we are, what makes us unique from others, what our inner preferences are? Are we completely self-aware? Are we completely familiar with ourselves? Or are we just busy comparing ourselves to others and the media standards? Or are we happy with what we are?
Fetching for our unknown self is crucial. In this world full of innumerable resources, people, etc. we tend to forget ourselves. Our mindset and thinking are just programming and functioning according to certain set standards, there seem to be hundreds of ideologies ruling us which tend to affect us internally and we are so busy chasing something that is accustomed as less important than “ourselves”.
1. To find your unknown self is to acknowledge yourself firstly and to feel grateful for what you are.
2. To stop comparing yourself to others, keep calm and just wholly focus on growing.
3. To just direct and divert all the energy on building the best version of yourself.
4. To make notes of the good and bad qualities you possess.
5. To try walking out of the box and being truthful about yourself to others, despite them liking you or not.
6. Be proud of yourself, don’t feel guilty for what you are and how you are, remember we all are unique, no one possesses all the good and all the bad we all have both of it in us.
7. Keep calm, talk and question yourself about certain things and try to find the meaning of it. Be mindful, think and process accordingly. Don’t curse yourself for the mistakes you make, mistakes are what makes us humans, we all are imperfect.
At last, be happy for yourself and for others.
