Get some good blackout curtains, minimize your exposure to electronic light within two hours of going to bed, and keep cell phones, computers, and televisions out of your room. It’s time to snuggle or have sex after the lights go out, not browse your Instagram feed.
Whether you’re in a relationship, married, or single, spending time alone on a regular basis is one of the finest ways to establish a meaningful relationship with yourself. Everyone can benefit from some actual alone time, whether they are introverts or extroverts. Take yourself out to a restaurant alone. Take yourself to a movie. In the morning, go for a long stroll. Lie down and take a few deep breaths. Spend a few minutes in the evening meditating.
