Ways To Stop Existing And Start Living Your Life

We are quite fortunate to have been given such a valuable gift of life. However, not everyone understands the worth of life. We were born into this world, but it was entirely up to us to live it. And then we completely forgot about it. Most of us are now preoccupied with dying while still alive. You go to work just for the money, and you often dull your mind by watching Netflix, YouTube, or Facebook for hours on end. You fantasize about a better life, but you never see it as a “real” possibility. These are all indicators of us just existing and not really living our valuable lives.

Here are a few ways to break free from this and start living your life

1. Say hello to a stranger

Every day, we have numerous opportunities to interact with new people. On the way to work, at your favorite lunch place, or at the coffee shop.

Simply say “hello,” and if a discussion develops, that’s fantastic. If that isn’t the case, don’t judge yourself or the other person; simply go on.

2. Live for yourself

We create our own lives and live them for ourselves. It is our choices, chances, and errors that keep us on the path to the land of all things good. However, if we begin to please everyone along the way, our ultimate goal will become hazy. We’ll lose track of where we’re going.

3. Do the things you are holding yourself back from

Contact that dance class you’ve been eyeing on your way home from work every evening, and call that friend you’ve had a falling out with but can’t fathom your life without. Make a move. You’ll have a better feeling.

4. Don’t waste time fretting about things you can’t change

Allow yourself to stop worrying about things you can’t control. This will only make you feel unhappy. And for the things that are in fact under your control, put in efforts and make them happen.
