You need to realize that happiness doesn’t come from outside but from within you. When you take responsibility for your happiness, you’d feel liberated. If you want to be happy then you need to practice gratitude because happiness is your decision.
5. Stop making excuses
When you make certain choices in life, don’t make excuses because it doesn’t give you the opportunity to learn from your mistakes. Remember that no failure or mishap is your fault, it is the situation.
