4) When you are happy, you feel like a free bird. You come up with creative ideas to work on and achieve your goals. This helps in achieving goals much faster.

5) Staying happy makes you feel determined and you feel more encouraged to walk towards your goal. This kind of determination helps to achieve the goals faster.

6) Happiness is contagious. When you are truly happy, you pass on the positive vibes to everyone which creates a positive atmosphere around yourself which is a great factor for achieving goals faster.
