14-day routine to stay healthy

· Walk and take stairs

Instead of going to the nearby destination by car take a walk. Walking is a good form of exercise. Spending more time in walking can help you lose weight. Also, don’t use the lift in your office building, take stairs. It is a great way to stay healthy and stress-free.

· Include workout in your schedule

Exercise is must to stay healthy, no matter how busy you are, make sure to include work out in your schedule. Staying healthy without exercise is not possible. It is recommended that you practice at least 20-30 min of workout each day. Include aerobics, strengthening, stretching, yoga and meditation in your workout session

· Change your diet to a healthy one

Quit eating junk food, instead adopt the healthy habit of eating nutritional food. Include food that is high in protein and low in fats. Fruits and veggies in your diet are necessary for weight loss. Avoid eating oily food.

Also,it is recommended to change your eating habits. Have a healthy breakfast because breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Say no to late-night snacks. Chew your food well before swallowing. These are some healthy eating habits you must adopt.

· Avoid stressing too much

Stress not only affects our mental health but it also shows on your physical health. Studies have shown that people with stress often gain weight. Meditation and yoga can do wonders to reduce stress. Besides that getting enough sleep can also help enhance your mental and physical health. So stop stressing about the situation that is not in your control and sleep enough.

· Socialize and stay happy

We as humans need constant interaction with other humans. We need to feel connected to someone who understands us and who cares for us. Socializing is very important for us to stay happy and cheerful. Even we have observed how our mood changes when we meet our friends or family. Material things can give you temporary happiness but people around you can give you memories to cheeks for your life. So, to stay healthy and happy we need to socialize and no, not through social media.
