2. Keep your creams and cosmetics cool:
Keeping lotions, moisturisers, and creams in the refrigerator is a smart idea. When used, the product will not spoil and will almost certainly produce a pleasant sensation.
3. Use a hot water bottle:
That’s right, you read that correctly. Fill up your ordinary hot water bottle with ice-cold water, removing the insulating lid if desired. Place it between your knees and relax as the coolness spreads throughout your body.
4. Make everything more delicate:
Mint varieties can create an appearance of coolness even when the surroundings are burning hot. It’s a good idea to consume mints after meals, buy a mint-scented air freshener, put mint leaves in your water, and even use peppermint essential oil on your body after a cold shower.
