Wearing clothes that fit appropriately can help alleviate symptoms and resolve difficulties. Tight pants can only be worn for a short time, maybe two or three-hour periods, not more than that to stay comfortable. It is furthermore advisable to leave them off when consuming a heavy meal.
It may sound odd at first, but wearing tight pants can give you a feeling of bloating due to the difficulty on your stomach. As your abdomen naturally relaxes and contracts throughout the day, wearing constrictive clothing, like skinny jeans, makes stomach pressure increasingly visible and uncomfortable.
If your clothing is too tight it can compress your tummy, which makes it difficult for food and gas to pass through. This may result in bloating and discomfort.
