4) Hygiene: Wash your hands regularly. This is good behavior as this can stop the transmission of germs and reduce the risk of falling sick. Also, you should keep your mouth clean to prevent disease.

5) Stress Management: With work life and other stuff, you may feel stress, so you should find ways to reduce stress. Whether listening to music, practicing yoga, or any activity that helps you feel better.
