  • Don’t try to hog any of the machines or pieces of equipment.
  • Do not stare at others as it is creepy.
  • Don’t mix your exercising routine.
  • Do not discuss or chat with other gymers.
  • Do not drink from other water bottles.
  • Avoid taking heavy meals just before hitting the gym.
  • Do not forget to perform cooldown exercises after finishing with your workout.

When is the gym, it comes down to being deferential and aware of others. The gym centre is a common space. In this way, be gracious to other people, be deferential of the hardware and attempt to keep it a wonderful space for every one of those that need to utilize it.
