Avocado fruit is a member of the flowering plant that originated from Mexico. The fruit is also called an avocado pear or alligator pear. It is like a large berry having one large seed. It is commercially very valuable fruit. It’s having a fleshy body shaped like an egg, sphere, or pear. You can eat is as it is or you can make various dishes out of it. Research says, eating a whole avocado a day is healthy and safe for our body. They are considered under the superfood category, it has maximum health than any other fruits and they are very nutrient-rich food to add to your daily diet. They are heavy and are high in fats, but it contains mono-saturated fats, which are considered to be good fat for our body. They provide a series of 20 vitamins and minerals. Avacado having lots of nutrients such as potassium, fibers, vitamins, etc. which are very vital for human health.

This fruit is having folate, magnesium, potassium, riboflavin (vitamin B2) Niacin (Vitamin B3). Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5). Pyridoxine (vitamin B 6) Vitamin C etc. It is having lots of antioxidants which are very helpful for the good health of the eyes.

Avocados help you keep your blood pressure in check. It has more potassium than any other fruits which is beneficial in lowering blood pressure. Stable blood pressure is really vital for a healthy lifestyle and to avoid the risk of heart attack or stroke

It’s contents of more fibers are beneficial for weight loss as well as for high metabolism. Fiber takes the longest to digest, and so it gives you the feeling of fullness. This helps prevent over-eating. Avocados are low of carbs and can be a good breakfast option.
