For women who are expecting or breastfeeding, there are specific water requirements. While a breastfeeding mother needs to drink 104 ounces (13 cups) of water, a pregnant woman needs only 10 cups or 80 ounces.
Water consumption frequently varies as a result of weather variations, physical activity, or medical conditions. If you live in a hot climate, you might need to drink more water.
