Eating healthy during the process of pregnancy is very important for both mother and child, make sure the little one gets all the required nutrition for its growth. · Don’t eat for two
It is the worst misconception of all time, that since you are pregnant you need to eat for two. Unless you are underweight you do not need any such extra food. Eat what is needed and is healthy.

· Keep hydrated
Try to drink a lot of H2O, you must always pay attention to your hydration and the amount of water you are consuming in a day. You can also try drinking detox water or other liquids like fruit and vegetable juices etc

Try to maintain a diet journal to make sure that you are intaking enough amount of nutrition and you are not going beyond the requirements. Try to maintain the journal and keep track of it throughout the pregnancy period.
