Here are foods that you can eat if you have loose motions.
Diarrhea is commonly called Loose motions or loose stools. Basically, it is a condition in which an individual experiences frequent bowel movements, and the stools are thinner than usual or may be watery.
1) Bland Foods: You can choose foods like milk, low-fat dairy products, healthy fruit and vegetable juices, cooked vegetables, fruits, bread, hot cereals, oatmeal, and other healthier options.
