Suggestions for a Healthy Juice

Kale: Kale is a leafy green that is high in vitamins A, K, C, iron, calcium, and antioxidants. Because of its high sulphur concentration, it also aids in liver detoxification.

Apples: Apple aid to nourish the liver and boost the immune system.

Lemon: Lemons have a high vitamin C content, which helps the liver detoxify and supports a healthy immune system.

Cucumber: Cucumbers are high in electrolytes and are a good source of B vitamins. They also assist the body to rehydrate.

This is the green drink you’ll want to drink not only after a night out, but whenever you want to feel hydrated, energised, and have a total body lift!

Green Juice for Detoxification

This dish serves two people at 8 ounces each.

Ingredients

5 kale or spinach stems

Apples, three

a single lemon

Cucumber, 1

Ways To Cook

Instructions: All of the ingredients should be washed and put through the juicer. (If you’re using a slow juicer, run a little water through it last to collect all of the remaining traces of flavour.) Feel free to swap out any ingredients you don’t like for those you do!
