Doctors often recommend you to involve various foods that are high in probiotics for a healthy digestive system and to avoid all digestive problems.

Probiotics help your body in many ways, they help you maintain the good bacteria and the bad bacteria in your body, it helps you increase good bacteria once any of the supplements increase the number of bad bacteria.

  • Cottage cheese

This is one more good dairy-rich healthy bacteria-rich food. And it has several active cultures that can be used to diversify the gut’s microbiome.
