Spices That Help You Build Better Immunity To Fight Weather Change

Spices are one of the most important ingredients in any yummy, delicious, rich food. Indian homes have a lot of different varieties of spices that are rich in taste and have essential health benefits. These spices have the ability to fight back antibacterial agents to cause any harm to your body. And you must know the importance of these rich and healthy spices.

1) Turmeric: Turmeric is a yellow color spice which is available as powder and sticks. This spice is a must in every Indian home. Vegetables aren’t made without these spices. Turmeric is used to cure wounds, cuts, and bleeding. Also, you can consume haldi doodh for better immunity and strength.

2) Ginger: Ginger is a necessary staple in every Indian home. The spice shows its essence in every dish, smoothie, or anything. The strong taste helps the dish to be richer. The spice is best to treat cough, nausea, and other illnesses.

3) Clove: Clove is the best spice to help cure toothache. It also has medicinal importance. For an itchy throat, keep cloves under the teeth. It is effective for colds and coughs. And one of the tasty ingredients for masala chai.

4) Cinnamon: The long stick or powdered spice adds up to the richness of any dish. Specially used in dishes like Biryani, Shahi Paneer, and other Indian cultural cuisines.

5) Nutmeg: This is one of the effective spices. It helps to release pain, especially during the flu. It is beneficial for soothing and also good for kids. You can add them as smoothies, cakes, and other dishes as per your taste.
