Disha Patani or should I say ‘ the national crush’ is young beautiful and fit. The actress is completely fitness freak and her amazingly toned body is the evidence to it. She is more than just another girl who goes to the gym, she practices kickboxing, dancing, she is really good at doing stunts and she works out twice a day. Amazing right? No wonder why she is the national crush, her beauty and her fitness is enough to make anyone fall head over heels for her. Since she works out two times a day, her morning session includes cardio exercises wherein she also takes part in dancing and kickboxing, while her evening session is mainly weight lifting.
