Vitamin C is an important nutrient required for the body. Vitamin C can be consumed from certain fruits and vegetables and can help us full fill her daily requirements. Vitamin C is not generated in the body and therefore we need to receive it through food and other supplements. Overheating of such citrusy vitamin C fruits and vegetables is not preferred and should be consumed raw.

Vitamin C is one of the safest and most effective nutrients required for the body. Vitamin C might not be an immediate cure for severe complications, but it is beneficial for protecting the immune system, vascular diseases, prenatal health problems, eye diseases, and skin wrinkling.

Due to a lack of vitamin C, there are many changes in our bodies like mood changes, joint, and muscle aches, bruising, dental conditions, and dry hair and skin. Iron is a vital nutrient for the functioning of the body, it is essential for generating red blood cells and also provide oxygen throughout the body. Vitamin C helps in lowering the blood pressure, high blood pressure puts you at risk of heart diseases, leading to death. Vitamin C helps relax the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart, which helps to control the blood pressure.

Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant to our body which strengthens your body defense mechanism naturally. The molecules that boost the immune system are known as antioxidants, they protect cells from harmful non-required molecules.
