Progress is slow
A lack of patience is one of the main reasons we attempted several famous diet plans and failed to remain with any of them for a long time. Vegetables aren’t something we despise. We despise not receiving outcomes as quickly as I’d want. It’s difficult to stay motivated when you don’t feel like you’re making progress toward your goals despite constantly cutting back and saying no.
