Yoga Poses To Help You Shed Thigh And Hip Fat

1.Utkatasana

2.Virabhadrasana

This asana, sometimes referred to as the warrior position, focuses mostly on the inner thighs. The finest feature is that more muscle groups are worked out because both legs are exercising separately at the same time in this stance.

Spread your legs out so that they are noticeably further apart than hip-width. While rotating your right heel such that the toes point outward, use your left heel to ground yourself.

3.Natarajasana

This balance stance helps to strengthen the legs while the individual stands on one leg. From your pelvis to your feet, your leg’s muscles are stretched and toned.
