Deepak Chopra is an Indian-American author and alternative medicine advocate. His books and videos have made him one of the best-known and wealthiest authors in alternative medicine. His perspective of seeing life is quite different and is loved by many people. Deepak Chopra believes that “human ageing is fluid and changeable; it can speed up, slow down, stop for a time, and even reverse itself,” as determined by one’s state of mind. Therefore, he suggests a healthy lifestyle to live a long life.

· Realty is ultimately a selective act of perception and interpretation. A shift in our perception and interpretation enables us to break old habits and awaken new possibilities for balance, healing, and transformation.

Health and wellbeing include our physical health, mental health and emotional health. It’s necessary to make appropriate choices to maintain our health and wellbeing. The choices will include people you choose to be friends with, the food you choose to eat and how you spend your day.

· Success

Leading a healthy lifestyle means manifesting our dreams and desires, working hard to achieve those dreams. Understanding the purpose of life and fulfilling it.

· Relationship

You’ll have a good lifestyle only when you are surrounded by good people. The relationship you share with your family, with your community and with yourself is what decides your happiness.

· Personal growth

Personal growth includes your spiritual achievements, improvement in the way you express yourself and your behaviour that helps you expand your happiness.
