Dwayne The Rock Johnson & His Dedication Towards Fitness

Dwayne Douglas Johnson who is synonymous with the title ‘The Rock’, is an actor, a producer, businessman, and also a former professional wrestler from the United States. He is considered one of the all-time best professional wrestlers.

Dwayne The Rock Johnson is considered one of the most physically fit people. His dedication and care towards his body have made him all muscles.

Additionally, he works out a lot in the gym to burn it down. If he is preparing for some role, he strives hard and pushes his body to achieve the desired goal. He is well-versed with this routine and therefore it does not pose any danger for him.

Since the beginning of his career in WWE as a wrestler, he has been pushing his body to its limits. As he delved into acting, he continued to push his body, especially if his role demanded him to show off his body and muscles.

For his role in Hercules, 2013 he went under an extreme dieting plan.

Rock has a strong commitment to fitness and a healthy diet. According to The List report, he combines protein shakes with five to six meals a day which includes all the essential nutrients like fat and carbohydrate.

He adds oatmeal, omelets, steamed veggies, lean meats, and rice to his diet when he is preparing for his body-building role.

Rock usually works out for an hour and 15 minutes, unless he wants to hit the gym again for the night.
