Make-A-Wish was founded in Phoenix and is headquartered there. The organisation is made up of 59 chapters spread across the United States. Make-A-Wish also has 39 international affiliates that operate in nearly 50 countries around the world.
According to itrwrestling.com John Cena holds the record for the most wishes granted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Cena has granted over 650 wishes to youngsters with life-threatening illnesses since his first request in 2004.
