For leading domestic or international airlines, the eligibility criteria is HSC/10+2 or a graduate with excellent communication skills.
It requires min. height of 155cms/ 5’1with a well-balanced weight.
The age requirement is 18 to 26 years.
The candidate should possess well-grooming abilities and the face should be void of any blemishes, scars and tattoos with a clear complexion.
They should have a pleasing personality and a good command of interpersonal skills.
The candidate should be comfortable and flexible with varying requirements of work hours or days, location and travel.

Role and Responsibilities

Cabin Crew’s responsibility is to make various announcements on board.
Guide the passengers with safety procedures or protocols and look for all safety checks. They also have to carry out briefings for all the guests.
They have to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the whole flight and make the passengers feel comfortable.
Their responsibility is to serve food, beverages and other amenities to the people on board.
They have to maintain effective coordination with crew members and other ground functioning staff.

A Cabin Crew does not require a degree in Aviation. A 3 to 6 months training program makes the candidates eligible to work on board.
