- For leading domestic or international airlines, the eligibility criteria is HSC/10+2 or a graduate with excellent communication skills.
- It requires min. height of 155cms/ 5’1with a well-balanced weight.
- The age requirement is 18 to 26 years.
- The candidate should possess well-grooming abilities and the face should be void of any blemishes, scars and tattoos with a clear complexion.
- They should have a pleasing personality and a good command of interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should be comfortable and flexible with varying requirements of work hours or days, location and travel.
Role and Responsibilities
- Cabin Crew’s responsibility is to make various announcements on board.
- Guide the passengers with safety procedures or protocols and look for all safety checks. They also have to carry out briefings for all the guests.
- They have to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the whole flight and make the passengers feel comfortable.
- Their responsibility is to serve food, beverages and other amenities to the people on board.
- They have to maintain effective coordination with crew members and other ground functioning staff.
A Cabin Crew does not require a degree in Aviation. A 3 to 6 months training program makes the candidates eligible to work on board.
