3-ingredient veggie & citrus cocktail
The combination of these three components gives a flavor that is both earthy and lemony. If you opt to add honey, you’ll also get a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients
1½ ounces gin or Ketel One Botanicals
1 tablespoon organic veggies+
Juice of 1 lemon, or about 2 tablespoons
4 ounces sparkling water
Method
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until well blended.
Serve with a lemon peel as a garnish.
Honey can be added for sweetness if desired.
ACV bee’s knees
This vibrant and herbaceous mixture gets a boost from apple cider vinegar. Bonus? The ACV and honey help to support the gut and stomach.
Ingredients
2 cups lemon juice
3 cups water
4 ounces of Smirnoff Zero Sugar Infusions vodka
6 tablespoons honey
6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
6 sprigs of fresh thyme
Method
Over medium-high heat, combine the apple cider vinegar, honey, and 12 cups of water in a medium pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently, then remove from heat. Add the herbs and soak for 3 minutes. Strain.
Transfer this mixture to a big pitcher when ready to serve. Combine the remaining water, lemon juice, and vodka in a mixing bowl. If preferred, garnish with fresh thyme sprigs and serve over ice.
