When habits and routines become (literally) the norm, relationships get stale. As a result, do something new to see your partner and your relationship in a new way. Whether it’s planning a vacation to a location neither of you has visited before, playing a card game when you’re more of a “Scrabble” couple, trying something new in bed, or even ordering takeout that’s different from your usual go-to, anything “new” will bring back those falling-in-love feelings you had when you were experiencing everything for the first time with your partner.

When it comes to relationships, the bottom line is that you must create what you want rather than wait for it to happen.
