3 Easy To Make Chicken Starters For A Movie Night With Friends

Do you want to host a movie night at your home? Are you looking for some delicious cuisine to serve your friends? A call for some hearty indulgence and culinary bonding and most of us end up swiping through our food apps, ordering something delicious to add some soul to our happy discussions. But why order when you can create your favorite snacks at home in only 15 minutes and with very little effort?

Here are 3 easy to make chicken starters for a movie night with friends

1. Crispy honey chicken fries

To make this delicious dish, simply wash the chicken breasts and cut them into thin strips. Combine honey, soy sauce, chilli powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.

Mix in the chicken strips and a dash of lime juice to the marinade. Simply marinade the chicken, then heat some sesame oil in a non-stick pan, transfer the marinated chicken to the pan, cook from low to high heat, pan-fried these strips neatly, and switch off the flame. Serve the chicken with sesame seeds and spring onions on the side.

2. Chicken and Maggi Pakora

Chicken and Maggi pakora is a favorite combination for Maggi and chicken fans. Simply open three packages of Maggi and cook them with water and the spice packets that came with them. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped onions, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves, and cooked Maggi; mix well.

Add the shredded chicken and grated mozzarella cheese, as well as some cornflour to bind the mixture. Then season with chilli flakes, salt, pepper, toasted cumin powder, and garlic powder, and combine everything. Once the oil is hot enough, scoop up the Maggi mixture, roll it into little balls, and fry them.

3. Peri Peri Chicken Satay

With the addition of fiery peri peri sauce, this chicken satay recipe takes on a spicy edge. Marinate the chicken thighs in a mixture of yogurt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, peri peri sauce, salt, and pepper. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Cook the chicken over medium heat, brushing it with oil to keep it from sticking. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning the pan from side to side to ensure equal grilling.

Simmer the remaining peri peri marinade and the one from the chicken for about 7 minutes in a small saucepan. Serve alongside chicken. Everyone’s taste buds would be tickled by the succulent chicken pieces coated in spices and cooked to perfection.
