Puran Poli
Puran Poli is the most popular sweet dish throughout the festival season. This meal, which resembles flatbreads, is filled with a sweet lentil blend known as Puran. While the preparation of this sweet dish is fairly consistent throughout Maharashtra, the filling is entirely up to the individual. Some people fill it with jaggery, almonds, or flour, while others stick to the original method.
Basundi

In the summer, this recipe is commonly flavored with mango pulp for a more chilling effect. Malpua
Malpua, another Maharashtrian sweet dish that you can’t get enough of, is coated in sugar syrup and topped with crunchy almonds. It looks like pancakes and is made using the deep-frying technique. Every taste of this meal is an absolute delight, with crushed pistachios as a topping and sides of icy rabri!
Keri Aamti
The delightful mango assortment has long been a thing in Maharashtra, from fiery sour kaccha aam slices to nutty mango cocktails. Keri Aamti is another mango affair, a mixture made from raw mango pulp and enhanced with authentic Indian spices to create an incredibly attractive flavor. This dish is famed for its blistering heat. This sweet curry is also served with steamed white rice.
