Sleeping is as important as other things in life. With poor sleep, you may not only feel a headache but your digestion gets interrupted; it affects your mental and skin health and even ruins your day if you feel dull at work due to lack of sleep. So here are 5 must-follow sleeping habits.

1) Set A Time To Sleep: Yes! Be strict about your sleeping habits. Make a proper schedule about what time you will sleep and what time you will wake up. This will help you have a healthy lifestyle and keep you organized and punctual.

2) Keep A Check On What You Eat: You should analyze what you eat before sleeping. Try to limit your food intake before going to bed. You should mostly have dinner 2 to 3 hours before you go to bed. Also, heavy meals at night may cause several issues related to the stomach.

3) Limit Screen Time: You should turn off your phones 30 to 60 minutes before sleeping. The blue light from your phone ruins your sleeping mood and also affects your health, so stay away from it.

4) Do Something Engaging: You can write a journal about how your day went, express gratitude by noting the good things in your life, or read something before you sleep, which will help you feel relaxed.
