Ingredients

· 2 (8 ounces) packages cream cheese, softened

· ½ cup white sugar

· ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

· 2 eggs

· 1 (9 inches) prepared graham cracker crust

· ½ cup pumpkin puree

· ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

· 1 pinch ground cloves

· 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Steps To Prepare

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees C.

Step 2

In a big bowl, add cream cheese, vanilla & sugar. Mix until smooth. Blend in eggs one at a time. Remove 1 cup of batter and spread into the bottom of the crust; set aside.

Step 3

Add cinnamon, pumpkin, nutmeg & cloves to the remaining batter and stir gently until well blended. Spread over the batter in the crust.

Step 4

Bake in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the centre is almost set. Let it cool. Now refrigerate for 3 hours. Add whipped topping before serving.

Ingredients

· 1 (12 ounces) package ladyfingers

· ¼ cup butter, melted

· ¼ cup coffee-flavoured liqueur, divided

· 3 (8 ounces) packages cream cheese

· 1 (8 ounces) container mascarpone cheese

· 1 cup white sugar

· 2 eggs

· ¼ cup all-purpose flour

· 1 (1 ounce) square semisweet chocolate

Steps To Prepare

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place a pan of water on the bottom of the oven.

Step 2

Turn ladyfingers into crumbs by crushing them. Add butter to it. Moisten with 2 tablespoons of the coffee liqueur. Press into an 8-inch springform pan.

Step 3

In a big bowl, mix mascarpone, cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur, and mix. Later add eggs and the flour & keep mixing slowly until smooth. Pour batter over crust in the springform pan.

Step 4

Place the pan in the middle of the oven. Bake until set for 40 to 45 minutes. Leave the cake to cool in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven later and let it finish cooling. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Step 5

Grate semi-sweet chocolate before serving
