This Indo Chinese Chilli garlic chicken recipe is very spicy and rich in garlic flavor. This is a spicy Indo-Chinese meal with a flavourful garlic taste. Many Chinese restaurants serve it all around the world. Serve with regular steamed rice or fried rice.
Ingredients
Chicken Breast, 300 g (Cut into small pieces)
A quarter teaspoon of salt
Garlic, 2 tablespoons (Chopped)
Tomato Ketchup, 2 tsp
1 teaspoon garlic (ginger) Paste
2 tbsp. Onion Greens (Spring) (Chopped)
4 tbs cornflour (Divided)
3–4 red chilli peppers (Slit into half)
1 tbs soya sauce
2 capsicum (Cut into square pieces)
1 teaspoon of ginger powder
2 tbsp Flour (All Purpose)
1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil (Plus for frying)

1 tablespoon Red Chilli Paste
Method to cook
1. In a bowl, combine the salt, ginger garlic paste, and vinegar.
2. Mix in the chicken pieces thoroughly and set aside for 30 minutes.
3. In a pan, heat the oil for frying the chicken pieces.
4. Combine 2 tablespoons cornflour and all-purpose flour in a large mixing bowl and coat the chicken thoroughly.
5. Remove the chicken pieces from the pan after they have been deep-fried until golden brown and set aside.
6. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the garlic, ginger, and red chilies to the heated oil. Fry until the garlic is golden brown.
7. Cook for a few seconds after adding the red chilli paste, soy sauce, and tomato ketchup.
8. Cook until the gravy has thickened, stirring periodically. Depending on your preferences, adjust the water.
9. Add the fried chicken pieces and the capsicum. Cook for a few minutes more.
10. Serve with steamed rice or fried rice while it’s still hot.
