1 Cup Sprouts
1/2 cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup Sooji
1 tsp Salt
2 Green Chillies
1.To begin, place a bowl of sprouts in a blender with a tablespoon of water. This combination should be blended.
2.Transfer the smooth paste to a bowl and stir in the rice flour, sooji, green chilli, salt, and water.
3.Combine all of the ingredients to make a dosa batter. Set aside the batter for 15 minutes.
4.Preheat a pan and pour a ladleful of batter onto it to cook. Serve and enjoy once it has browned and crisped.
